We were employed to convert NTT Data's newly refurbished CAT A acquisition at Epworth House into a bespoke CAT B operational space for their technology and innovation teams. Artemis were engaged as a fit-out partner at the outline Design stage to join the professional team and provide buildability advice and solution guidance to enhance the final outcome for the Client.
Totalling to 23,000 sq ft over three floors, the facility provided work stations for 300 staff introducing agile working conditions, whilst retaining a cutting-edge collaborative working environment. The formation of new cellular offices, one to one break out spaces and fully functional meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, primary and secondary comms rooms, alongside social spaces were the project’s key criteria. The upper floor housed the client facing areas including, reception, client bar, flexible meeting space and innovation centre.
