Our repeat Global Banking Client, appointed Artemis Interiors to re-engineer their existing office space in Canary Wharf. The overall scope involved works across four occupied floors, delivering a complicated internal restack programme.
We re-engineered the current open plan space to create meeting and printing areas, two booths, installation of glazed partitions and doors with access control. Speed gates were replaced providing a convenient, fast and secure access leading through to the tea point facility. Post pandemic this space accommodates different styles of working for our client’s people, with task focused areas, huddle and collaboration spaces.
Artemis were fantastic collaborators on our complicated internal restack programme, which required staged delivery of tasks in order to maintain compliance boundaries and maximise reuse of materials. They went out of their way to assist with delivery of our required works order in the context of an occupied building and challenging supply chain environment. We were very happy with the quality of the delivery and the in particular how the site team worked flexibly and cohesively with our internal building management team. I would be happy to provide a more detailed reference on request.
