Case Study

Our repeat Global Banking Client, appointed Artemis Interiors to re-engineer their existing office space in Canary Wharf. The overall scope involved works across four occupied floors, delivering a complicated internal restack programme.  

We re-engineered the current open plan space to create meeting and printing areas, two booths, installation of glazed partitions and doors with access control. Speed gates were replaced providing a convenient, fast and secure access leading through to the tea point facility. Post pandemic this space accommodates different styles of working for our client’s people, with task focused areas, huddle and collaboration spaces.  

Challenges

We were tasked with modifying the meeting room and partition layouts in an occupied live environment. In doing this we needed to maintain security segregation between internal departments which included trading floors and compliance regulators.

Solutions

Working with the client’s professional team, building security and maintenance engineers, we were able to closely coordinate delivery of each area, where necessary provided a turn key completed solution from Friday evening ready for occupation again Monday morning with disruption to client’s operations.
