Case Study

Artemis interiors were appointed to carry out the full refurbishment of this Grade II listed building creating a modern CAT A space. The building had remained virtually untouched during the 110 year ownership by the previous occupier.

The works were carried out over 7 floors and included structural alterations at all levels including the removal, alteration and replacement of the existing roof. Great lengths were taken to protect the existing features throughout the project duration.  

The building now benefits from a feature glazed roof within the internal lightwell as well as a new feature staircase under it. New open plan office space, WC’s, showers and cycle storage facilities. have been created throughout. We have also installed a “SmartSpace” control and monitoring systems for all HVAC systems.
