ThisCAT A scheme was completed over 4 floors, included the basement, which now provides a ‘Cycle to Work facility’ with showers, changing and lockers. Works included new raised access flooring as well as repair of existing, carpet finish, exposed services, LED energy lighting throughout, upgrade and modifications to existing centralised AHU, decoration works and lift refurbishment, along with new roof plant condensers and works to all common areas and WC upgrade throughout provide the main works to this fit out. We also installed new bespoke reception desk and furniture, with a new entrance mat well complete this new and freshCAT A offering.

Solutions

We implement our Covid-19 plan with Covid marshals on site. We made the decision to pre-order all the materials before we started on site, so we had safe acknowledgement of all items.
