We were appointed to undertake the strip out, modernisation and enhanced CAT A to this Grade II listed former stained-glass factory in Covent Garden.
To maximise the lettable space in the building, and following planning approval, the staircase was removed. The building was then stripped back to shell and core, with reinstatement works including new staircase handrails, lift upgrades, new mechanical VRF system and intelligent lighting systems. New fire rated glazing and fire curtains were installed to this timber and brickwork structure. In addition, we undertook an external works package using mobile elevated working platforms to make good and repaint the windows.
