The existing CAT B office space was stripped back to shell and core, then refitted to an urban style, new, corporate gymnasium. Works also included a new Reception area with feature desk and neon signage, along with exposed high-level services, concrete soffits and feature suspended lighting, completed the new welcome area.
Two large male and female changing rooms / shower areas with a bespoke hotel vibe were created, polished plaster walls, marble wall finishes, and bespoke joinery, including lockers and soft furnishings to changing benches completed this exceptional staff facility. The gym area is home to a studio, running bikes and a free weights section.
